Orders & payment · Packages: a deposit of at least 50% (non-refundable) confirms your booking; please settle the balance before the event day. Cancellations within 3 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Book at least 7 days before the event. · Mini Buffet & à la carte: full payment confirms your booking. Cancellations within 3 days of the event are not refunded. Book at least 5 days before the event. À la carte minimum order RM300. Delivery · Free delivery within 10 km; we will confirm any delivery fee beyond that. · Carrying the buffet upstairs: with lift RM100; without lift RM150–RM250 (depending on floor and distance). The buffet includes · Food tables, tableware (paper plates / spoons / forks / paper cups) and trash bags. · Tableware is twice the number of guests booked, e.g. 35 pax = 70 sets. · We do not provide tableware for food or drinks we did not prepare (e.g. your own cake or desserts). Notes · All rice, noodles, meat and vegetables are cooked and cut fresh on the day, with no pre-made dishes and no preservatives. Reheating, or leaving food in hot sun or changing temperatures for long, may affect taste and quality. · Best eaten within 3–4 hours. We are not responsible for quality or contamination issues if food is eaten after that (including takeaway). · All buffets are collected by 10:30 PM at the latest, or the next day by arrangement. · Lost or damaged equipment is charged at market price. · For outdoor setups, please prepare a tent or a rain plan.
